Aquila Villa – Modern style private Villa in the heart of Seminyak

Aquila Villa, a newly built three bedrooms modern style private luxury villa situated in  the heart of popular area of Seminyak. This villa is within walking distance to vast array of cafes, bars, restaurants, shopping and nightlife and only 40 minutes drive from Airport and 15 minutes walk to Seminyak beach. This holiday villas of Aquila Villa are all completed with finest materials featuring fully air-conditioned bedrooms and fan-cooled with its own private en-suite bathroom, all bedrooms are situated upstairs with plenty of cupboard space, include television, DVD player and safe deposit boxes.

Aquila Villa has fully trained English speaking staff ready to serve you and to ensure you have a memorable stay.

Living Room

The living area is fully air-conditioned or fan-cooled with a comfortable sofa, cable television connection. Wireless Internet is also available throughout the villa. A Marshall sound system with connectivity via Bluetooth is also available to play your favorite playlist. There is a large wooden deck on the second level with plantation overlooking the swimming pool which has a comfortable sofa for sunset cocktails and relaxation.

Dining Room

Downstairs the open plan kitchen is fully equipped. The dining area has a table that can comfortably seat 6 guests.

Garden & Pool

The landscaped gardens and swimming pool (14.5m x 4m) features a wooden deck with sun lounges and umbrella. A BBQ on the lawn is readily available on request.
