Nestled on the picturesque east coast of Bali near Candidasa, Cempaka Beach Villa is an exquisite four-bedroom beachfront retreat set on beautifully landscaped grounds. This luxury beachfront villa in Candidasa, spanning 850 sqm, takes its name from the enchanting Cempaka flower. Boasting direct ocean-facing views and a private beach, it provides an ideal setting for groups of friends or families seeking the epitome of tropical beach living.

Living Areas

The expansive 80 sqm living room commands attention with its spectacular view of the 17-meter infinity pool and the ocean. Generously furnished with a delightful blend of comfortable, classic furniture and exquisite Balinese antiques, it also features a 42” LCD TV with cable connection, keeping guests updated on sports scores and global events. The DVD player and WiFi connection provide ample entertainment, and guests are encouraged to bring their iPods to share their favorite music.

A magnificent dining table crafted from a single piece of wood comfortably seats 10 people, adjacent to a fully equipped kitchen.

Bedrooms

The four spacious air-conditioned bedrooms, all offering an ocean view, boast en suite bathrooms with both shower and bathtub. Ample wardrobe space and safety deposit boxes enhance guest convenience, while the fabulous super king beds (200x200cm) are adorned with mosquito nets. Two bedrooms are situated on each floor.

Kitchen & Dining

In-house dining is facilitated by a capable kitchen staff dedicated to satisfying guests with delicious meals. Guests are advised to plan ahead, with the manager’s assistance, to accommodate their preferences. The Bale, an outdoor dining room facing the swimming pool and ocean, is a favored Balinese tradition for enjoying breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The Kitchen/Staff Room, discreetly located in the rear, provides a fully equipped kitchen for Villa Bakung’s staff to prepare guest-requested meals.
